Express Delivery Service - By default, we use an express delivery service for all orders, aiming for delivery within 3-5 days after dispatch. This helps get your personalised creation to you as swiftly as possible.

Overnight Express Delivery is available for selected products

Estimated Timeframes - While we aim for quick turnaround, please allow 5-11 days on average from order to delivery, up to 15 days during peak periods. Sometimes, production or delivery issues beyond our control may occur, potentially affecting these timeframes.

We use 925 Sterling Silver or 316 Stainless Steel in our Custom Jewellery as standard, not copper, alloy or brass like similar stores, and at a very reasonable price. Often stores are selling cheap imitation alloy jewellery products for a similar price as our Sterling Silver and Stainless Steel jewellery.
