Production and Shipping Policy
PersonalisR is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. Each order is made specifically for you, so please allow us some extra time to complete your order.
Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Production time is between 3-14 business days, depending on the product. This time may be affected during busy periods such as Christmas and holidays.
Shipping time depends on the carrier, but most items are delivered in 5-8 business days, standard shipping rates, or 3-5 days for DHL express.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CHOOSING EXPRESS SHIPPING DOES NOT AFFECT THE PRODUCTION TIME. However speak to one of our team if you have an urgent order and we will try our best to accommodate.

Our partners have been carefully selected based on their expertise and reliability, ensuring that your product is in good hands.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
PersonalisR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
RETURN REQUEST DAYS
PersonalisR allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 days if it is faulty or incorrect.
OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
PersonalisR has the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock :Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching. Send available items and cancel remaining order- or - send as available **note customer is liable for all postage costs. By default we will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching your order , If you wish to change this option please message personalisrau@gmail.com
IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
When dealing with https://personalisr.com.au you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well as import duties: You will be required to settle the requisite fees when the items are arriving in the destination country.
