1. How can I track my order on
To track your order, simply enter your unique order tracking number provided in the confirmation email on our tracking page. The tracking information will be displayed, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your parcel.

2. What is the typical processing time for orders?

3. How long does production of personalised products take?
The general production time for personalised products is 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Please allow for this duration before your order is ready for shipping.

4. When will my order be shipped?
Once your order has been processed and the personalisation of your products has been completed, it will be shipped.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipping details when your parcel is dispatched.

5. How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping usually takes approximately 5 to 8 business days, while express shipping takes 3 to 5 business days (both Monday to Friday). Please consider that factors such as holidays, busy periods, and external circumstances beyond our control may affect these delivery times.

6. Can I expedite my shipping for faster delivery?
Yes, we offer express shipping for quicker delivery of your order. During checkout, you can choose the express shipping option to receive your parcel within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

7. Why does the tracking status show no updates or remain unchanged for some time?
Occasionally, there might be periods where the tracking information is not immediately updated, or there are no changes in status during transit. This can happen due to the parcel's location, local customs procedures, or data synchronization. Rest assured that your order is still in transit and will arrive as scheduled.

8. My order tracking shows "Delivered," but I haven't received it. What should I do?
If the tracking status shows "Delivered," but you have not received your order, please double-check your delivery address and inquire with family members or neighbors who might have accepted the parcel on your behalf. If you are unable to locate the parcel, please contact us at, and we will investigate the issue promptly.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Email the correct details within 12 hours of the order being placed, after 12 hours,  the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information during checkout to avoid any delivery issues.

10. What if my order arrives damaged or with an error?
If your order arrives with any defects, damages, or errors, please email us at within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the issue to assess and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

11. Do you offer international shipping outside of Australia?
Yes, if you would like to send your order overseas, please email us at to arrange international postage.

12. Is order tracking available for all products on the store?
Yes, order tracking is available for all orders on, regardless of the product. Each order is assigned a unique tracking number to ensure accurate monitoring during transit.
