What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
All PersonalisR items are custom made to order, so production takes place before shipping.
Production time
Most personalised items are created within 2–5 business days. During busy periods or for more detailed pieces, production may take up to 7–14 business days. See product description for more information
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option selected. Express shipping is available for selected products.
Estimated delivery time
Most Australian customers receive their order within 5–11 days from ordering, though during peak periods it may take up to 15 days.
As each item is personalised, occasional production or courier delays outside our control can sometimes affect delivery times.
