Efficient Production - We strive to bring your personalized treasures to life quickly. Typical production time is 2-5 days, though it may extend to 7-10 days during busy periods.

Express Delivery Service - By default, we use an express delivery service for all orders, aiming for delivery within 3-5 days after dispatch. This helps get your personalised creation to you as swiftly as possible.

Overnight Express Delivery is available for selected products

Quality and Efficiency - At PersonalisR, we balance swift craftsmanship with attention to detail. Each piece is carefully created to your specifications, aiming for both timeliness and quality.

Estimated Timeframes - While we aim for quick turnaround, please allow 5-11 days on average from order to delivery, up to 15 days during peak periods. Sometimes, production or delivery issues beyond our control may occur, potentially affecting these timeframes.

PersonalisR has curated only the finest selection of quality products. We use only 925 Sterling Silver or 316 Stainless Steel in our Custom Jewellery, NOT copper, alloy or brass like similar stores, and at a very reasonable price. Often our competitors are selling cheap imitation alloy jewellery products for a similar price as our Sterling Silver and Stainless Steel jewellery. Our quality materials will not fade or leave green marks on your skin and are hypoallergenic so they are suitable for people with sensitive skin.
